Our Hospital is situated in Chiliianaula in the beautiful Kumaon Region of Uttaranchal State in the lap of the Central Himalayas. A peaceful place surrounded by old verdant pine forests, Chilianoula offers a breathtaking view of the snow covered range of the greater Himalayas – arguably the largest available from any place. It is about 6000 feet above sea level with a healthy, comfortable climate ranging from 32 C (maximum) to 19 C (minimum) in summers and 20 C (maximum) to 1 C (minimum) in winters. The Monsoon is moderate and takes place between mid June and September. The nearest town is Ranikhet 3 km away and is referred to as one of the most beautiful and picturesque cantonments of the country. Besides that there is also much to discover through nearby excursions to different famous religious sites, beautiful landscapes and wildlife sanctuaries like Binsar Mahadev, Dronagiri, Jageshwar, Nainital, Almora, Jim Corbett Park and many more.
Ranikhet, quietly ensconced amidst pine
trees with a charming background of the snow clad Himalayas, has a breathtaking
scenic beauty. Blessed with a healthy climate, its magnetic charm attracts
tourists all the year round. It is a haven for bird watchers and visitors who
wish to spend their holidays in solitude.
